We won’t give away too much here, it is part of the mystery after all! But you can safely expect gourmet foods from local artisan producers, including your traditional picnic foods (such as cheese, meats, fruits and crackers etc.). And naturally, as artisan producers will be unique to the different destinations, the final picnic content varies slightly between them.

Absolutely! We can cater for most dietary needs for no additional charge, including gluten free, vegan, and vegetarian diets. Customers can also outline any allergies we should be aware of at the time of booking. We also do our best to cater for pregnancy when requested, we recommend pescatarians book as vegetarians.

Pricing is based on two adults.

Aside from your helicopter ride, transport is not included. You will need a car to explore and complete your day trip.

All food, wine and tastings will be covered in the cost of your experience, including picnic supplied for your perfect picnic spot.

You’ll get your clues via email a day or two before your picnic, after which you'll have all your clues, games and puzzles ready to go! Please note, you'll need a mobile phone with internet access the day of your experience.

Start your day with a private helicopter ride then head off on your Mystery Picnic. All you need to do is follow your clues which will lead the way!

We’ve designed it to be roughly a 4-hour round trip, including enjoying your picnic. But you can definitely take longer than this if you want to go on a few detours to explore the region a bit more!

Your digital experience instructions for your picnic will be emailed to you 24 hours prior to your selected date. Post-purchase, your confirmation email will detail all the necessary information about timing and what to pack.

No local knowledge is required to solve the clues on the day. Whether you know the region well, or it's your first visit, the experience is designed to guide you discover new things during your visit!

We will always have a picnic spot planned for you; be that a picnic area, a park or even a winery. Please note that picnic set up is not included so you are welcome to find a spot and settle in to eat. We also recommend bringing along a picnic blanket if you have one, in case you decide to settle on the grass.

It's best to keep pets at home for this day trip. For safety reasons, dogs are not allowed near the helicopter launch site.

As we pre-plan and book you in for your stops along the way, we need 3 business days notice if you wish to reschedule or cancel your experience.

A full refund will be provided if the helicopter flight can not go ahead due to adverse weather. In such cases, we will contact you to offer a rescheduled experience or a partial refund of $375 if the Mystery Picnic proceeds as planned.
