How long does it take to get the kit delivered?
We try to get it to you as fast as possible, but please allow 10 business days for delivery to be safe! Here are our approximate delivery time frames per state:
- VIC: 1-3 business days
- NSW & ACT 3-5 business days
- Other states: 6-9 business days
What is your cancellation policy?
Limited-time experiences operate under our Swap Guarantee. For bookings that involve a physical kit delivery, we require 14 days notice of any changes or cancellations. All experience bookings are covered by our Booking Terms & Conditions.
What if there are more than 8 participants?
We only have equipment for up to 8 participants, so even if you have more attendees we cannot supply extra equipment and the price will stay the same as the 8 person price.
