How do I access my experience instructions to start my experience?
Your digital experience instructions will be emailed to you 24 hours prior to your selected date. Your pre experience booklet will be sent at the time of receiving your booking confirmation.
What is your cancellation policy?
Your email includes key content for your experience and therefore cannot be eligible for a refund. We do require 3 days notice for any changes to the date of the experience. All experience bookings are covered by our Booking Terms & Conditions.
How long does the experience last?
Our At Home experiences are self-paced, we recommend allowing 3.5 - 4 hours (including the film streaming).
What will I need to complete the experience?
Ingredients and equipment to make your food and drink recipes and any other scene setting inspo you choose. Your phone and a TV with wifi or a laptop connected to a big screen to stream the film.
